When can I access my storage unit?
Any time at all - we offer 24 hour access.
What size storage units do you have?
We offer a broad range of unit sizes, from a small 5x10’ to a large 10x30’.
How do I know what size storage unit I need?
What security features do you use?
Our Michigan propertes are fenced with secure gate access that requires keypad entry. Additionally, we’re equipped with security cameras throughout our property. Our North Carolina property is equipped with secure keypad entry.
Do I need a reservation?
No, you can call us during our office hours and get started right away. However, a reservation is recommended to ensure the unit size you need is available. Contact us to rent your storage unit. We’re eager to help you get started!
What is the move out process?
We kindly require that you give us a 15-day notice of your move out. Please give us a call or email us at info@axsstorage.com with your move out date. You will need to completely empty your unit, sweep it out, then text us a photo of the empty unit so we can finalize the move out in our system. Remember to take your lock with you!
What is a Smart Unit?
Our South Haven facility operates as a Smart Facility. This means that all units are equipped with either a smart latch or smart disc lock. To open or lock your smart unit, you will need a smart device enabled with NFC technology. If you do not have a smart device, please call us to make other arrangements.
